Meeting Guidelines

Registration
We ask that all participants register in advance. This allows us to make appropriate arrangements. A link for registration will be posted in the CTAF website homepage approximately 6 weeks before the meeting.

Meeting Materials
All meeting materials will be posted to the CTAF website approximately two weeks prior to the meeting. Materials include agenda, draft assessments, and speaker guidelines.

Public Comment
CTAF depends on public attendance and input. If you wish to speak to one of the agenda topics, it is strongly recommended that you register in advance and review the posted speaker guidelines. Knowing how many people plan to speak allows for more effective meeting management, assuring that all opinions are heard AND all business is completed.

What to Expect
When you arrive at the meeting you will be asked to sign in. If you have pre-registered, you will receive a name badge, and if you are providing testimony, a table tent.

The meeting follows agenda order. Each topic on the agenda follows the same format. After a 10-15 minute introduction of the assessment and draf recommendation provided by CTAF's medical consultants, there is a brief discussion by the panel followed by public comment.
